1. Dial 223 and press Send
2. Follow the voice prompts.
3. Enter your Call Card Number then press # (scratch the prepaid card to get
the call card number)
4. Enter you Call Card PIN then press # (scratch the prepaid card to get the
call card PIN)
For Globe and Touch Mobile Subscribers in the USA
1. Dial *123* + call card number + PIN + # sign. (Do not put
spaces in between this sequence)
Ex. *123* 1234567890123456#
2. Press SEND & wait for this confirmation message to flash on the screen.
“Please wait while we process your request.”
3. You will receive a message shortly after. “Reload successful new balance is
Pxxx”
For Globe and Touch Mobile Subscribers in Canada
1. Key in load+call card number+pin. (Do not put spaces in
between the sequence)
Ex.
load1234567899123456, then SEND to 2215
2. Press SEND wait for this confirmation message to flash on the screen.
“Please wait while we process your request.”
3. You will receive a message shortly after. “Reload successful new balance is

For Smart Subscribers in the Philippines
1. Scratch prepaid card.
2. Dial 1510 + 14 digit PIN and press Send/ Call. A voice prompt will confirm your successful reload attempt.
For Talk and Text Subscribers in the Philippines
1. Scratch prepaid card.
2. Dial 1511 + 14 digit PIN and press Send/ Call. A voice prompt will confirm your successful reload attempt.
For Smart and Talk and Text Subscribers in the USA
1.Type in "Reload <14 digit PIN>" and send
to 1510.
2.You will receive a text message confirming that the reload attempt is
successful.
Note: You need a prevailing P20.00 balance as reloading with PINs while roaming
cost P20.00 per reload

You must scratch lightly but in any case that the pin aren't clear anymore, contact your prepaid card provider or your supplier to solve such issues.
my uncle was on saudi he bought a prepaid card load in smart then he send me the numbers.. im here in the philippines how can i activete this load?? wat are the steps tn pls reply asap. i'd tried the 1510 code lus the numbers but it cant able to process.. thanks

Smart is great and so affordable. And the signal is amazing. I have never encountered a problem with Smart as to Prepaid call and text. I use it as my broadband, too. But then that's another thing ;) Thanks for dropping by! Happy trip!

when i dial 223 its always say network busy wtf i hate it
my mother who works at saudi bought a smart prepaid card and sent me the pin nos. to me, the problem is, i cant load it because she said that there's a new way of loading unlike the usual way of dialing 1510 + pin. what am i going to do?

@Kaye - I'm still using Smart prepaid. 1510 + PIN is still the way to load it. Just check the card you bought and the expiry date. Maybe it's expired that's why it's not loading..

Your number cannot be completed if dial while loading the prepaid smart card load. How to resolve this problem please.....Thank you
If after too many attempts, return the prepaid card to the Globe store where you bought it. They will surely replace it.
