Like I’ve mentioned, Paypal lets us merge our local bank account wherever we live. I live in the Philippines and recently Paypal has announced we can now add Philippine bank accounts directly to our Paypal account. So now it’s easy to withdraw your earnings from Paypal without silly hassles and paying bank charges like the old, old days before.
How to Withdraw from Paypal if you're from the Phippines?
If you live in the Philippines and you wish to withdraw from your Paypal account, the first step is to secure the right bank code from your local bank. Paypal has announced the official list of bank codes in the Philippines. (They are listed below.) Go to your Paypal account, then to My Account then to the Profile tab, type in your 9-digit bank code in the “Add a Bank Account Page” as shown below.
Then continue on the withdraw page and enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

I tried to ask some local bank in the Philippines as listed in your list, they say, they dont accept paypal transaction except for Unionbank of the Philippines.
Before, anyone in Phil could withdraw from their Paypal accounts using Union Bank's visa card. Now, we can remit through other banks as listed above. I used BDO (Banco de Oro) and used the code above together with my account number. After a week, I got my money successfully. Thanks for dropping by :)
This is great! So then i will apply for bpi. I used to have Unionbank. But is there any corresponding fee?
With Unionbank, there's a fee of 350 for the annual fee of the EON card

may dad is from new zealand. he had an atm national bank visa debit and credit card. we try to withdraw in BDO and BPI but we cannot withdraw they say the transaction is not valid. we are withdrawing 5,000 only. can you help us what we need to do?
