How much you’ll earn from selling stock photos online?
Some stock photo agencies pay in euro, some in dollars. Royalty commissions are from 33% to 80% depending on the chosen license, the rank of the photographer and the exclusivity of the image. This varies with what types of license a photographer defines and how many photos could you sell. Some photographers earn $1000 a month, some earn $3000 more or less. It depends with your stock photo sales and stock photo download really.

Tips to get your photos approved:
- Register accurately with your accurate personal info and details.
- Your photos must be in high quality and high resolution (at least 2400 X 1600 pixels) or 4mp. I recommend save them in JPEG format.
- Submit them clean without marks, date, time, watermarks or whatever.
- Always submit good qualities. You know how impressive photos look like. Yeah?
- Stunning photos with unique lightning, contrast, and exposure are a turn on.
- Avoid pornography and nudity please. It’s always against a site’s terms.

Big stock photo approves easily than others according to survey. You earn 50 cents for every 1 credit a customer spends on your images-up to $3 per download. You can request a payout when your earnings reach $50. You can receive payments via Paypal or by check.

You can sell stock photos and vectors in Dreamstime. For each image sold the photographer receives a 50% fee (60% for exclusive images). For each image download you get can from $0.50 to $7 depending on image size and its popularity. Earnings from subscription sales start at $0.35 per image. Earning for extended licenses are up to $25 per image. They also pay through Paypal and you can request payout upon reaching $100.

I can relate with this post because I am also earning from the internet without selling anything. I let my assistant to do my business. Among these are: affiliate marketing, online marketing, selling products, and more. I learn a lot of this from the ebook that I have read: The No Sales Blueprint, which is very effective and I would like to share this to everyone who would like to earn 4 digits a month.

@Chadwick - yup, joining affiliates online is helping a lot to earn extra cash. The big factor to keep earning is staying unique and original. Selling stock photos is a new discovery for my channels of affiliation. I mean millions of people are searching for cheap stock photos everyday and it's just a click away. The earlier you displayed them with those trusted agencies, the earlier people will buy your stock photos. I agree with this post. Everybody can earn money in the internet. There are so many kinds of online jobs and business in the internet. It can be either Full time or Part time. You can sell your services, sell your own product, sell others’ product by affiliate, and more. I would like to recommend this site for everybody who want to earn more money in the internet.
I do this professionally but it isn't easy to get in to some of these sites now, they have very high standards, perhaps too high.
I also have the 550D, a great camera.
I haven't yet tried stock photos but seems impressive. I'm obsessed with writing but when I started holding my camera, I couldn't stop capturing anything lol Right now, I'm focusing earning through writing and publishing. Hello Steve! :) Their high standards I think will benefit photographers than not. It's a way of sifting the best stunning and artistic photos the buyers deserve and look for. There are too many stock photos agencies out there, some are very choosy, some approve easily. Hard work, patience and uniqueness are the key. I think in every photo there must be a spark. I suggest creating your own website to display your own gallery and portfolio and publish articles as well to promote. The world won't know you unless you make a display or a noise. :)

Very good information! Thanks for sharing. I've been wanting to look into stock photos, but didn't know anyone personally to show me a good place to start. You gave me five and I do believe I'm going to try at least one of them out soon. I have taken some really good photos, at least I think so, but I want to see what a few others think. I checked out Shutterstock and I like the forum idea of feedback from other submitters. So if I don't make 7 out of 10 the first time, there are folks to give me some insight.
